Artisan Gelato Supplier for Hotels, Restaurants & Bars

The Frozen Club supplies small-batch Italian gelato to Hong Kong's hospitality trade — wholesale pans for your menu, private-label flavors for your brand, and in-venue cart programmes for your guests. Made fresh in our Kwun Tong kitchen and trusted by BMW, Porsche, LinkedIn, and DBS.

How We Work with Hospitality Partners

Four ways to bring artisan gelato into your venue — pick one, or combine them as your programme grows.

Wholesale gelato supply

Gelato pans and tubs delivered on a recurring schedule for your dessert menu, room service, buffet line, or bar programme. Consistent recipes, chilled-chain delivery across Hong Kong, and volumes sized to your covers.

Private-label & bespoke flavors

Flavors developed exclusively for your kitchen — a signature gelato for your tasting menu, a cocktail-pairing sorbet for the bar, or a seasonal special under your own brand name.

In-venue gelato cart programme

A staffed gelato cart hosted inside your venue on a contracted basis — hotel lobby, rooftop bar, weekend brunch, or poolside. Delivered as a paid service to elevate your guest experience, not as retail on your premises.

Preferred vendor for your events

Join your approved-supplier list for weddings, banquets, and F&B activations you host. Fixed trade rates, procurement-ready documentation, invoices, and insurance certificates on file.

Why F&B Teams Choose The Frozen Club

We have served Hong Kong's most demanding corporate clients since day one. That same standard applies to every trade account.

Made in Hong Kong, in small batches

Produced fresh in our own Kwun Tong kitchen — no imported frozen stock. Shorter lead times, fresher product, and flavors adjusted to your feedback.

Trusted by demanding brands

BMW, Porsche, LinkedIn, DBS, Nasdaq, Sun Life, and HKUST have all hosted our gelato. We understand brand standards, guest expectations, and back-of-house discipline.

Reliable, procurement-friendly

Clear trade pricing, itemized quotes, agreed delivery windows, and one point of contact. We fit into your ordering rhythm, not the other way round.

Bilingual account team

English and Cantonese support for chefs, F&B managers, procurement, and events teams — from first tasting to standing orders.

Starting a Trade Account

From first conversation to first delivery in a few simple steps.

1. Tell us about your venue

Share your venue type, expected volume, and whether you need menu supply, private-label development, an in-venue cart, or event vendor status.

2. Tasting & proposal

We arrange a tasting of relevant flavors and follow up with a trade proposal — pricing, minimums, lead times, and delivery schedule.

3. Onboarding & first delivery

Paperwork, storage and serving guidance for your team, then your first scheduled delivery or cart date. Standing orders run from there.

Trade & Wholesale Supply — FAQ

Common questions from hotels, restaurants, bars, and clubs about working with The Frozen Club as a gelato supplier.

Do you supply gelato wholesale to restaurants, hotels, and bars in Hong Kong?
Yes. We supply artisan Italian gelato in pans and tubs to hospitality venues across Hong Kong on a recurring schedule — for dessert menus, room service, buffets, and bar programmes. Volumes and delivery frequency are sized to your covers, and every batch is made fresh in our Kwun Tong kitchen.
Is there a minimum order for wholesale supply?
Trade minimums are set per account and depend on flavor count and delivery frequency rather than a single fixed figure. Share your expected weekly volume and we'll propose a minimum and delivery rhythm that works for your kitchen.
Can you develop a private-label or signature flavor for our venue?
Yes. We develop bespoke flavors exclusively for trade partners — a signature gelato for a tasting menu, a cocktail-pairing sorbet for a bar, or seasonal specials under your own brand name. Development typically involves one or two tasting rounds before the recipe is locked for production.
How should gelato be stored and served in our kitchen or bar?
Gelato is stored at around −18°C and served from a display case or dipping cabinet at roughly −12°C to −14°C so it stays soft and scoopable. We provide a storage and serving guide during onboarding and can advise on cabinet setup, portioning, and shelf life for your team.
Can you run a gelato cart inside our hotel or bar on a regular basis?
Yes — we operate contracted in-venue gelato cart programmes with our own trained staff, for example in a hotel lobby, rooftop bar, poolside, or weekend brunch. This is delivered as a paid service to your venue to elevate the guest experience; we do not run retail sales on your premises.
Can The Frozen Club be added to our approved or preferred vendor list?
Yes. We regularly work with hotel and venue events teams as a preferred dessert vendor for weddings, banquets, and F&B activations. We provide fixed trade rates, itemized quotes, invoices, business registration, and insurance certificates to meet procurement requirements.
What lead time do you need for trade orders and deliveries?
Standing orders run on an agreed weekly or fortnightly schedule. New flavors or private-label development typically need two to four weeks from first tasting to first delivery. For one-off event supply, two weeks' notice is ideal, though shorter lead times are often possible.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver chilled across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories — hotels, restaurants, bars, private clubs, and central kitchens. Delivery windows are agreed per account.
